Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the 4ThePark online store and to any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

1. About 4ThePark

4ThePark is an independent apparel brand inspired by America's national parks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Park Service, the U.S. Department of the Interior or any park, park partner or conservation organization. Park names are used only to describe the places that inspire each design.

2. Products

Our shirts are printed to order. We show products as accurately as we can, but colors on screen vary between devices, and small differences in print placement and color between shirts are a normal part of printing and are not defects. Sizes and fit are described on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms we received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, if we suspect fraud, or if a design can no longer be produced. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photos and text on this store belong to 4ThePark or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the right to reproduce its design.

7. Accounts and reviews

If you create an account, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you submit a review, comment or photo, it must be your own honest experience, and you allow us to display it on our store and marketing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing data you are not entitled to, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
