Made to order

Every 4ThePark shirt is printed when you order it, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means less waste and no piles of unsold stock — and it means your order takes a little time to make.

Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Peak seasons, weather and customs checks can add a few days and are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. You see the exact amount before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear — that gap is normal.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country, are not included in your order total, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@4thepark.com straight away. We can change the address or cancel the order only before it goes into production; once printing has started we can no longer change it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a refund.
