🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Not marked as final sale

Not a personalized/customized item (see below)
📦 To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@4thepark.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions if eligible.
🚫 Personalized & Custom Items
Due to the nature of made-to-order and customized products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Items with custom names, dates, or text

Personalized artwork or gift items
All personalized/custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping
🔁 Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

We’ll send a free replacement or offer a suitable solution based on the issue.
